Refund policy

We want you to love your Slo Natural Beauty purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to hello@slonaturalbeauty.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused item, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. 

Please Note: only items purchased on slonaturalbeauty.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

To return a product, please send an email hello@slonaturalbeauty.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information.  We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately. We will arrange for courier to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbours to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If the package is still not found, we will start a trace, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellations

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact hello@slonaturalbeauty.com
