Hydroxyapatite vs Fluoride — which is in our tablets?

Our tooth tablets are formulated with hydroxyapatite (HAp), a mineral that makes up the majority of tooth enamel. It's widely used in oral care products as a fluoride-free alternative.

• Hydroxyapatite is naturally occurring, biocompatible, and suitable for those who prefer to avoid fluoride, including those using fluoridated water supplies who'd rather not double up.
• Fluoride is the conventional standard; it's effective and widely recommended by dental professionals. Our products are not a substitute for professional dental advice, if you're unsure which is right for you, check with your dentist.

Are tooth tablets messy?

Not at all, that's one of the reasons people switch. You chew one tablet, it turns into a light paste, then you brush as normal. No tube to squeeze, no paste globs, and the glass jar sits neatly on the shelf. Perfect for travel too.

Is the powder mouthwash complicated to use?

It's straightforward: shake a small amount into a glass of water, swish for 30 - 60 seconds, and spit. The powder dissolves quickly. Most people find it easier than measuring liquid mouthwash.

How do I fit these into my existing routine?
