How to use
How to use your tooth tablets:
- For best results, use the powder mouthwash first.
- Pop one tablet in your mouth, chew until it forms a paste, then gently brush your teeth and gums with a soft toothbrush. Spit if needed, don't rinse.
You can also use as a prebiotic breath mint when needed during the day.
Suitable for adults and children over 4.
